Fulfil User Documentation

THG Fulfil manages your entire warehouse operation from goods receipt to customer delivery. Everything is connected and tracked in real-time.

This documentation covers the complete Fulfil platform, including inbound goods receiving, outbound order fulfilment, returns processing, inventory management, and B2B operations.

Whether you’re receiving supplier deliveries, tracking customer orders, processing returns, or managing B2B shipments, Fulfil provides structured workflows with automated validation and real-time status updates at every step.

Fulfil is organised into five main sections:

Manage incoming goods from suppliers into the warehouse.

  1. Pre-Advice - Notify the warehouse of an upcoming delivery with products, quantities, and requested delivery date.

  2. Delivery Booking - Receive a confirmed warehouse slot when your Pre-Advice is approved.

  3. ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) - Provide shipping details like vehicle type, driver name, and batch/expiry information.

  4. Receipt - Track goods as they arrive and are checked in, with partial and final receipts.

Track customer orders through the fulfilment process.

  1. Order In - Orders received from sales channels.

  2. Allocation - Products allocated from warehouse inventory.

  3. Dispatch - Items picked, packed, and shipped.

  4. Delivery - Courier handling through to final mile delivery.

Monitor product returns from customers.

  1. Return Created - Customer initiates a return request.

  2. In Transit - Items shipped back to the warehouse.

  3. Received - Items arrive at the return warehouse.

  4. Completed - Return processed and finalised.

Real-time visibility of inventory across all warehouses.
