Inventory
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Inventory page provides a real-time view of all product SKUs and their availability across warehouses. Monitor stock levels, allocation status, and drill into individual SKU details.

Inventory List
Section titled “Inventory List”Status Summary
Section titled “Status Summary”At the top of the page, a summary section shows aggregate totals across all your inventory:
- Total available units
- Total allocated units
- Units by status
List Columns
Section titled “List Columns”| Column | Description |

| SKU | Product SKU identifier |
| Product | Product name/description |
| Warehouse | Warehouse location |
| Available | Units available for sale |
| Allocated | Units allocated to orders |
| Status | Stock availability status |
| Details | Link to view SKU details |
Stock Statuses
Section titled “Stock Statuses”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| In Stock | Units available for allocation |
| Low Stock | Limited units remaining |
| Out of Stock | No available units |
| Allocated | All units allocated to orders |
Filtering Inventory
Section titled “Filtering Inventory”By Warehouse
Section titled “By Warehouse”Select a specific warehouse to view inventory at that location only.
By Status
Section titled “By Status”Filter to show only items with a specific stock status.
Searching Inventory
Section titled “Searching Inventory”Use the search bar to find products by:
- SKU
- Product name
Exporting Data
Section titled “Exporting Data”Click the CSV button to export the current view to a spreadsheet file.
SKU Detail View
Section titled “SKU Detail View”Click View Detail on any SKU to see comprehensive inventory information for that product.
Product Details Card
Section titled “Product Details Card”Core product information:
- SKU ID - Product identifier
- Product Name - Full product description
- Barcode - Product barcode
- Category - Product category
- Hazmat - Hazardous materials classification
Inventory Overview Section
Section titled “Inventory Overview Section”Shows stock totals across all warehouses:
- Total Available - Units available for allocation
- Total Allocated - Units allocated to orders
- Total On Hand - Physical units in warehouses
Breakdown by warehouse showing available and allocated quantities at each location.
Awaiting Warehouse Allocation Section
Section titled “Awaiting Warehouse Allocation Section”Lists orders waiting for stock to be allocated from this warehouse. Shows:
- Order ID
- Quantity requested
- Order date
- Status
Pagination available for large datasets.
Awaiting Dispatch Section
Section titled “Awaiting Dispatch Section”Lists allocated stock waiting to be dispatched. Shows:
- Shipment ID
- Order ID
- Quantity allocated
- Expected dispatch date

Understanding Inventory States
Section titled “Understanding Inventory States”Available vs Allocated
Section titled “Available vs Allocated”| State | Description |
|---|---|
| Available | Units physically in warehouse and not committed to orders |
| Allocated | Units reserved for specific orders but not yet picked |
| On Hand | Total physical units (Available + Allocated) |
Stock Flow
Section titled “Stock Flow”Goods Received → On Hand (Available) ↓ Order Placed ↓ Available → Allocated ↓ Picked ↓ DispatchedMulti-Warehouse Inventory
Section titled “Multi-Warehouse Inventory”When a SKU exists in multiple warehouses:
- The list shows one row per warehouse
- The detail view shows a breakdown by warehouse
- Total quantities aggregate across all locations
