Inbound Overview

The Inbound Overview page provides complete workflow visibility from pre-advice to receipt completion. It’s your dashboard for tracking all inbound shipments through every stage of the receiving process.

List View

List Columns

Column	Description
Preadvice ID	Pre-advice identifier
Supplier	Supplier or owner name
Units	Total unit quantity
Warehouse	Destination warehouse
Expected Delivery	Expected delivery date/time
Progress	Visual progress bar
Status	Current workflow status
Details	Link to view full details

Status Display

The status column shows the current stage of the inbound workflow:

Status	Meaning
Pre-advice: pending	Pre-advice submitted, awaiting validation
Pre-advice: approved	Pre-advice approved, booking created
Delivery booking: processing	Booking being processed
Delivery booking: rejected	Booking validation failed
Delivery booking: cancelled	Booking was cancelled

Progress Bar

The progress bar provides a visual indicator of how far through the inbound workflow the shipment has progressed:

Progress	Meaning
0%	Pre-advice pending
10%	Pre-advice approved
20%	Delivery booking created
Higher %	Further stages completed

Searching

Use the search bar to find shipments by:

• PO (Purchase Order)
• Pre-advice ID
• Delivery Reference
• ASN ID
• GIA Number

Exporting Data

Click the CSV button to export the current view to a spreadsheet file.

Inbound Detail View

Click View Detail on any row to see the complete inbound journey for that shipment.

What You Can See

The detail view shows the connected stages:

1. Pre-Advice - Original notification with products and quantities
2. Delivery Booking - Confirmed warehouse slot
3. ASN - Advanced shipping notice with vehicle/driver details
4. Receipts - Goods received notes as items arrive

Timeline View

A visual timeline shows:

• When each stage was completed
• Current stage status
• Any issues or rejections

Products

Full list of products in the shipment with:

• SKU
• Product name
• Expected quantity
• Received quantity (when available)

The Overview page tracks shipments through the complete inbound journey:
