Orders
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Orders page provides visibility across every stage of fulfilment for all customer orders. It displays orders from the last 90 days with real-time status updates.

Orders List
Section titled “Orders List”List Columns
Section titled “List Columns”| Column | Description |

| THG Order ID | Internal THG order identifier |
| External Order ID | Your external/client order reference |
| Item Qty | Total number of items in the order |
| Order Date | Date the order was placed |
| Shipments | Number of shipments for this order |
| Status | Current order status |
| Details | Link to view full order details |
Order Statuses
Section titled “Order Statuses”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Despatched | Order has been shipped |
| Processing | Order is being fulfilled |
| Cancelled | Order has been cancelled |
Searching Orders
Section titled “Searching Orders”Use the search bar to find orders by:
- THG Order ID
- External Order ID
Exporting Data
Section titled “Exporting Data”Click the CSV button to export the current view to a spreadsheet file.
Order Detail View
Section titled “Order Detail View”Click View Details on any order to see comprehensive order information.
Order Details Card
Section titled “Order Details Card”Displays core order information:
- THG Order ID - Internal identifier
- External Order ID - Your reference
- Site name - Website/channel where order was placed
- Order Date - Date and time of order
- Item Quantity - Total items ordered
- Total Order Value - Order total with currency
Customer Card
Section titled “Customer Card”Shows delivery information:
- Name - Customer name
- Delivery Address - Full delivery address
Order Timeline
Section titled “Order Timeline”The timeline visualises order progress through each fulfilment stage:
Timeline Stages
Section titled “Timeline Stages”- Order In - Order received into the system
- Allocation - Products allocated from inventory
- Dispatch - Products picked and shipped
- Courier Handling - Package with courier
- Final Mile - Out for delivery
Timeline Status Indicators
Section titled “Timeline Status Indicators”| Indicator | Meaning |

| Green checkmark | Step completed |
| Blue circle | Step in progress |
| Red circle | Error or rejection |
| Grey circle | Step pending |
Shipment Information
Section titled “Shipment Information”For each shipment in the order, you can view:
- Shipment ID - Unique shipment identifier
- Warehouse - Fulfilling warehouse
- Carrier - Courier/carrier name
- Tracking ID - Courier tracking number
- Expected Delivery - Estimated delivery date
Product Details
Section titled “Product Details”Expand Product details to see items in each shipment:

Unallocated Products
Section titled “Unallocated Products”If any products could not be allocated to a shipment, they appear in the Unallocated Products section at the bottom of the timeline.
Split Orders
Section titled “Split Orders”When an order contains products from multiple warehouses, it will be split into multiple shipments. The timeline will show:
- Orders In section at the top
- Separate Shipment sections for each shipment
Each shipment has its own timeline tracking allocation and dispatch independently.
