B2B Orders
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The B2B Orders page allows you to view and manage business-to-business orders. These orders typically involve larger quantities, scheduled deliveries, and different fulfilment workflows compared to consumer orders.

B2B Orders List
Section titled “B2B Orders List”List Columns

| Customer PO | Customer purchase order number |
| Status | Current order status |
| Items | Total items in order |
| Booking Ref | Delivery booking reference |
| Expected Dispatch | Scheduled dispatch date |
| Requested Dispatch | Customer’s requested dispatch date |
| Tracking | Courier tracking number |
| Details | Link to view full order details |
Searching Orders
Section titled “Searching Orders”Use the search bar to find orders by:
- Order number
- THG order number
- Booking reference
Filtering Orders
Section titled “Filtering Orders”Click the Filters button to reveal the filter panel:
Status Filter
Section titled “Status Filter”Select from status groups:
- All Statuses
- Pending
- Processing
- Dispatched
- Completed
- Cancelled
Expected Dispatch Date
Section titled “Expected Dispatch Date”Select a date range for expected dispatch dates.
Requested Dispatch Date
Section titled “Requested Dispatch Date”Select a date range for customer-requested dispatch dates.
Click Clear Filters to reset all filters.
Exporting Data
Section titled “Exporting Data”Click Export to download the current view as a CSV file.
B2B Order Statuses
Section titled “B2B Order Statuses”B2B orders progress through several statuses:

Section titled “B2B Order Detail View”Click View on any order to see comprehensive order information.
Order Information
Section titled “Order Information”- Order Number - B2B order identifier
- Customer PO - Customer’s purchase order number
- Status - Current status with timeline
- Booking Reference - Delivery booking reference
- Created - When order was placed
- Expected Dispatch - Scheduled ship date
- Requested Dispatch - Customer’s preferred ship date
