Shipping

Overview

The Shipping page provides visibility across all shipments from orders. Unlike the Orders page which groups by order, this view focuses on individual shipments, making it easier to track specific packages.

Navigation: Outbound → Shipping

Shipments List

List Columns

Column	Description
THG Order ID	Parent order identifier
Shipment ID	Unique shipment identifier
Item Qty	Number of items in shipment
Courier	Carrier/courier name
Order Date	Date the order was placed
Delivery Type	Type of delivery service
Warehouse	Fulfilling warehouse
Status	Current shipment status
Details	Link to view full shipment details

Shipment Statuses

Status	Meaning
Despatch	Shipment has been dispatched
Closed	Shipment completed
Released	Released for picking
Reserved	Stock reserved
Mispicked	Picking error occurred

Searching Shipments

Use the search bar to find shipments by:

• Order ID
• Shipment ID
• Courier name

Exporting Data

Click the CSV button to export the current view to a spreadsheet file.

Shipment Detail View

Click View Details on any shipment to see comprehensive shipment information.

Target Cards

Two prominent cards at the top show delivery performance:

Dispatch Target

Shows the expected dispatch date/time and remaining time:

• Expected - Target dispatch date and time
• Remaining - Days and hours until target
• Over - Days and hours overdue (if applicable)

Cards turn red when overdue.

Delivery Target

Shows the expected delivery date/time and remaining time with the same format as dispatch target.

Shipment Card

Core shipment information:

• Shipment ID - Unique identifier
• Warehouse - Fulfilling warehouse
• Courier name - Carrier handling delivery
• Tracking ID - Courier tracking number
• Tracking URL - Link to courier tracking page
• Delivery Type - Service type (standard, express, etc.)
• Total weight - Package weight in kg
• Parcel dimensions - Package size
• Shipping cost - Delivery charge
• Shipping tax - Tax on delivery
• Associated shipments - Related shipment IDs (for split orders)

Order Card

Parent order information:

• THG Order ID - Internal order identifier
• Client Order ID - Your order reference
• Website - Sales channel
• Item Quantity - Total items in order
• Total Order Value - Order total

Customer Card

Delivery information:

• Name - Recipient name
• Delivery Address - Full delivery address

Order Timeline

The timeline is organised into three phases:

Pre-Warehouse

• Order in - Order received
• Allocation - Stock allocated

Warehouse

• Awaiting Dispatch - Ready for picking
• Dispatch - Shipped

Delivery

• Courier handling - With courier
• Final mile - Out for delivery

Product Information

A detailed table showing all items in the shipment:

Understanding Shipment vs Order

Concept	Description
Order	Customer’s complete purchase, may contain multiple items
Shipment	Physical package sent from a warehouse

A single order may result in multiple shipments when:

• Products are in different warehouses
• Items require separate packaging (e.g., hazmat)
• Order is partially fulfilled
